Cloud Product Owner

Job description
As a member of the Engineering team of Monaco Cloud, the Product Owner’s duties include participating in the meetings necessary to monitor the developments, collecting requirements, drafting the specifications, organising and planning the product roadmap, as well as the test plans and acceptance specifications.
Roles and responsibilities
Steering
- Planning and organising the roadmap.
- Participating in Agile steering bodies (daily meeting, refinement, retrospectives, demo, etc.) and reporting to the management.
Collecting requirements
- Qualifying, prioritising and summarising the requirements stated while factoring in priorities.
- Organising the implementation of the requirements collected from the stakeholders.
Drafting
- Drafting the Statement of Requirement documentation by adapting to the defined methodological context (Functional Specifications, User Stories, etc.).
- Presentation of specifications to the development team.
- Refinement of specifications and division into development units.
- Co-authoring of user documentation when applicable.
Acceptance tests
- Defining of requirements within the test management tool.
- Feeding the test management tool with business rules.
- Defining scenarios and verifying test results.
Required profile
Qualifications required
- Expertise in cloud-oriented information systems and application development.
- Deep understanding of the challenges related to the transition to cloud services.
- In-depth knowledge of Infrastructure as a Service.
- Experience in building large distributed, scalable, highly available and fault-tolerant systems.
- Expertise in methodology used for collecting requirements and acceptance.
- Knowledge of at least one test management solution.
- Skilled in the use of a BugTracking tool.

- Ability to work in Agile mode (SCRUM, Kanban etc.) and in a multidisciplinary team.
- Ability to think strategically according to the business or technical challenges.
- Analytical, task prioritisation and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to think outside the box to resolve issues based on priorities.
- Great communication skills, verbal and written, in French and English.
- Ability to assimilate new technical skills and be proactive.
